3)then after you have made your plan, click SAVE
4)then register. If you already have an account, create a new one with a different email address.
5)You can answer all the survey questions or just skip them and then on the last page you can print your coupon :)
it seems that the only way to get to the coupon is to design your plan first, and then register.
