Sharp Shopper in Knox, Pa has the really really big boxes of diapers and wipes.
I wasnt real sure if it was a good deal or not since you cant use coupons but here is what I found.

box of 108 sells for 25.00 = .23 a diaper

I know your thinking what about if I use a coupon  well there was a 3.00/1 box coupon so with using that coupon it would be
box of 156 for 32.00= .20 a diaper
box of 108 for 22.00= .20 a diaper
